Chef Natale has taken over the food truck at 1542 Rt 17-b in White Lake N.Y. and is proud to finally give you his delicious food that he has been perfecting for years. He started off at a young age cooking with his father , baker / Chef Daniel Natale handing down the family recipes and love for cooking. Chef Natale is self taught and has worked hard as chef at many Hudson Valley restaurants waiting for his day to share his food with all of you. He puts a lot of passion in his food and you can taste it with every bite!!
